Hi way back in october 2017 I started experiencing white tongue.I felt like something is stuck in my throat,burning sensation in my throat.Iam experiencing the same problem now.There are small dots on upper lips but they are not hurting me.The ent doctors are not available due to covid.I don't know what is the problem.kindly help.

Feeling of something stuck in the throat and burning sensation in throat indicate GERD, acidity and reflux. However the cause for white spots on the lips is difficult to understand.
Next Steps
Start tab PAN D once daily on empty stomach in the morning. In the meantime, consult online within a week, with pictures of throat and lips.
