Age 63. Having gas problem and also issue of Piles. Lat month my Hemoglobin level moved to 8. Please let me know, which category of doctor should i consult

Hello..
You need to consult a general surgeon for it...we need to grade the piles..and you tell me that haemoglobin is low at around 8 it means that bleeding is too much..please make sure that you have fibre rich diet and don't strain yourself much while passing stools...thank you
