Diet-
खाएं-
Fiber's contain, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां,
सेब , पपीता ,अमरुद,dry फ्रूट ,नीबू ,संतरा .
Popcorn, nuts,
Do not use processed food
Water(leuk warm/plain nirman water about 4lit per day).
*न खायें(बिल्कुल मना है)
