Constipation
My son 4 years old suffers from constipation frequently, he passes hard dry stools which are painful to pass. I give him fruits, more liquids, more fibre rich diet..still his constipation is not relieved.i have also tried lactulose solution but no help.kindly    suggest some medication that may help

use sorbitol syrup 1tsf at bed time. bring in change in diet. plenty of fluids like fruit juice, banana ,carrots, green vegs It will work. I am sure of it. Give coconut water . Relax is mantra for you. hygiene, nutrition, immunization and healthy emotional environment. Never shout or abuse or argue IN front of a child.Make him more active, let him play
