Constipation
My 3.6 years old Son have been suffering from constipation for last few months. I have consulted with so many Doctor's and last Doctor I visited, he has given LAXOPEG KID to my son to use 2 sachet per day. Already I have given 6 sachets in last 3 days but no result in yet. Please advice.

Hello. Constipation in children may be due to lack of fibre in the food he takes or due to lack of toilet training. Rarely it could be because of hormonal problems like hypothyroidism.
Next Steps
1. plenty of water and fibre including green leafy vegetables to be given 2. seat the child in the toilet everyday twice whether or not he has the urge. also give him warm water especially on empty stomach prior to going to toilet 3. get thyroid function tests done
