Constipation issues
Ok I should write my story in detail, I am suffering from constipation throughout my entire life. Have consulted so many doctors, they have done 4-5 times colonoscopy, suggested 6-7 months of courses. I have completed every single course. All those courses helped me when I was taking those medicines, the moment i have completed those courses I have started facing same issues, and just to be mention, once doctor suggested that I don't required any medication then only I have stopped taking those medicines. Currently I am suffering from constipation, my stool is so hard that it is causing me fissure. I am also bloated all the time. FYI - I have consulted nutrition expert as well, following a rich fiber diet. Please help me.
