Headache,weakness,constip
Hi, am having headache, weakness and constipation. Intermittent fever as well. This is for the last 3 days. Suggestions plz? Tried paracetamol but gives only temporary relief.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. If the fever is not subsiding with paracetamol, then you might need to be investigated for any infection. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. Try to take plenty of fluids. Have only home cooked food and more of curd rice. Consult a general physician for further evaluation.
