Good afternoon, I am Krishna and I am a UK 🇬🇧 trained Gastro Intestinal and Bariatric Surgeon practicing in Hyderabad and Bangalore but currently back in UK. I am sorry to hear about your weight and constipation issues. I would strongly suggest get HbA1C (test for diabetes) done. How much thyroxine are you currently taking. Looking at your TFT's I feel yiu are just overboard with it and might need dose reduction. Some people (like yourselves) despite their best efforts are not able to loose weight (remember genetics has role to play as well). In such cases you do have meds which help weight reduction or bariatric surgery remains last option. Best wishes
