Constipation
Hi sir/ madam,
In the month of feb im underwent LSCS.. After surgery im developing constipation... Due to that pain over rectal area,while touching anus i felt some scratch over there... During defecating i felt pain and so difficulty... Due to Lscs my family members wont give me banana, green leafy... What can i do now ... How to releive my constipation...

Take Isabgol powder in water twice a day. If severe take Cremaffin syrup 1 tbsp.
