My 10 months daughter have very constipation
hard Potty 3-4 times in a day and crying while passing
Already 3-5 days gone. After drinking milk she pass potty
Giving figolax 1 ml daily

Hi,
Give green leafy vegetables and fruits regularly
Plenty of liquids/ water frequently
You can give soaked dry grapes.
Reduce milk, biscuits and increase complementary feeds.
