Constipation for 3 months baby
I have been giving both breast milk and formula from past two days as BM is not sufficient to my baby.she is troubling to pass stool now. She is constipated. I am really worried about this. How to overcome this ?Can you please help me?

Hi Mam. Stop formula milk. Try to eat well all kinds of foods without any restrictions. Keep a calm mind so that it will increase breast milk. If available take Lactonic granules 2 tsp along with milk twice daily for 1 month. This will increase milk production in mothers. Also pls see the correct technique of breastfeeding in the you tube video . Many a times wrong technique will decrease breast milk production... Proper technique of breastfeeding
