Constipation during Pregnancy
Hi, Iam 13 weeks pregnant..having constipation..Iam taking duphlac syrup,but still it did not gave me any result. When I consulted my doctor,she gave me mild enema which was good for that day..but again Iam facing the same problem.

Take high fibre diet,lots of water to drink, stay physically active and u may try livogen Z tabs at bed time .
