Constipation and Pain in lower left side

Asked for Male, 17 Years

My younger brother is suffering from constipation and not able to pass stool from past couple of days. He's having pain in lower left side of the stomach and that side is also shrunk inside. I can see that his right side of stomach is little larger than the left side. He also had vomiting. We tried some home remedies but not helping. Can anyone help with this? Feel free to ask further details. Thanks in advance.
