Constipation and breath shortness

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I was having constipation for past few months and as recommended by doctor, i took Cremaffin. I took it for three imes. The first 2 time i got hand pain and insomnia. Tdy i took the third time and i got hand pain and instead of insomnia, i am having shortness of breath. I am able to breath in properly.but not able to breath out through mouth.breathing out through nose is normal. Is it the side effect of Cremaffin which is giving shortness of breath?
