Constipated since three weeks

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had menstrual cycle delayed few months back. The doctor prescribed medicines and told me to take a thyroid test. I did not. However a month later i got affected with acute bronchitis and then after two months severe constipation since three weeks with anal fissures which are now cured. Im having diarrhea today
