I have a fast metabolism, eat low on carbs and get hungry in about 2h after a meal. At night my meals are mostly vegetables and protein. I don't have an issue falling asleep but what keeps happening is to wake up to go to the toilet - I don't think I have an efficient bladder. When this happens, I'm already starving and can't get back to sleep without eating. My nights have been very poor and I wake up almost every 2h. I have my oats sometimes at 3/4am just so that I can sleep until 7/8am.
