  4. Constantly my naval pains. What to do.

Constantly my naval pains
It's been 15 years since my first child was born, and since then I am feeling pain in my stitches and naval. Whenever I bend down, it hurts like hell. I have had another child 2 years after my first one. Both deliveries were cesarean. And those stitches can be a really big problem. I don't know what to do.
