The medications for myeloma can cause increase in BP, especially dexamethasone. This is expected of the medication, hence do not worry. The medication has to be revised. Would like to know the dose of amlovas you are taking and also if you could share your reports, especially kidney function test and electrolytes, would be in a better position to advise you better.
Next Steps
provide details of the medication. get KFT and electrolytes. needs revision of medication along with continuous monitoring.
Health Tips
low salt diet.
