Constantly feeling something in my heart
I constantly feel something in my heart everytime at night whenever i go to sleep. It's like i have to breathe forcefully and my heart beats very slowly. The pulse rate is normal but it's a bit hard to hear the beatings and i kinda feel as if i'am fearful
