Burning sensation and weird pain in urine with semen leakage No infection Clear Mri Reports It's been there for 3 years showed lots of urologist but didn't get cured

Most probably it’s become of prostatitis . Do semen culture after 7-10 days of stopping all antibiotics and then take treta tu der guidance of urologist.
