I am a 30 year old female, I've gained over 26 kgs wgt in past 4 years. I've had a c section delivery 3 years back. My home environment has been very unpleasant, and due to all that's happened around me because of my in laws, I've lost my mental peace. I cant concentrate on the right things, I constantly look for food n think about food, I have been on diets that work, but I have no power to be conscious while I make choices to eat. I exhaust myself mentally over the idea of weight loss and end up doing nothing, no workout and no diet. My joints pain and I feel I've lost all motivation that I had before.
I constantly get thoughts that are unwanted, I eat even when I am not hungry
Please help this is affecting my mental health as well as my physical health.
