Constant thought of sex
Few days back I watched porn and talked to a random guy in facebook since then I am having weird thoughts such as why should I socialize if you cannot have sex is crossing my minds. This thought has escalated to such a level that inspite of having a busy schedule I am not finding anu focus and losing interest in everuthing that i enjoyed doing..I am having no emotions , feeling very hollow from within. This has been going on for more than 10 days. Really not being able to enjoy life. Plz help.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Thinking about sex is not a bad or sin. It's a natural urge and common at this age. Your concern now is feeling guilty about it incident. Guilty is one such a strong emotion, that can distrubs your mind with negativity and  reflects the same in all your behavior and actions. You are experiencing this now. If such behaviors affecting your day-to-day normal life, then take a psychology counseling help to overcome this situation and  get back to normalcy . However, this also reflects that, there is an underneath deep emotions or stress within you which is just waiting for such trigger to outburst at times .
