Constant sweating in the palm
I am a diabetic patient, I was asked to take Amaryl 3mg everyday in the evening. I am not sure if this is related to my sickness however during day time I feel dizziness and sweating specially my palm and feet. My random blood sugar levels are 100 and 94 these days.. kindly assist me

Amaryl is a very strong anti diabetic drug and should not be used as first line drug. It must be causing hypoglycemia that is responsible for your symptoms. You should immediately reduce dose to 2 mg and then 1 mg if sugars remain normal. Detailed history would be needed to advise you the best drug for you in long term
