Even getting enough sleep everyday of about 7-8 hrs, i feel sleepy and stressed throughout the day.
Also my eyes gets heavily stressed and i feel sleepy, the intensity of stress get reduced when resting for some time in the evening but it does not goes away completely.
Please help..

stress and worry are very dangerous. it can lead to many problems like body pains, weakness, gastritis, mental stress etc. try joining a gym to take your mind off the worrying. indulge in activities you enjoy doing. eat healthy and refrain from drugs, alcohol and smoking.
