Pain is in the whole abdomen under d ribs n on left side. I hv taken pantosec DSR, metrogyl 400,zanocin200 , buskogast for 8 days. But no relief. Then I took pantosec d ,ondem4n buskogast. Still I hv pain in my stomach. I got my ultrasound done. Report... Enteritis n multiple tender bowel loops seen all over the abdomen.

HELLO, STOOL TEST FOR CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY. TABLET ENTROQUINOLON ONE TABLET TWO-TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED. TABLET OZ(OFLOXACILLIN N ORNIDAZOLE)TWO-TIME A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS AFTER LUNCH N DINNER. TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER OR AS REQUIRED FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. CAPSULE VIZYLAC ONE AT NIGHT FOR ONE MONTH TO REPAIR DAMAGED MUCOSA. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. ORS WITH WATER FREQUENTLY. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES.
