My baby 3 months old has a cough n cold n sneezing for 2 days now I took him to the doctor n they gov me syp azithiromycin 200 g can I give him some tussadryl along with the medication

Tussadryl and any cough medications are generally not good for young children specially children less than 6 months old

The dosage of the Azithromycin needs to be double checked. Dosage is typically 5 mg per kg once daily.
