Constant Penile Burn/Pain
I've been suffering (~2 yrs) with constant penile pain/burn - in the base mostly but goes all the way at times. I have gone through rounds of anitbiotics, physiotherapy (which cured my bladder and llq pain) but there is no end in respite. Offlate I had swollen penis (just circumsised skin) as well. None of the docs I met has recommended cystoscopy and am not sure why but I feel there is some hidden culprit and it's not just psychological. Also, do you perform cystoscopy in your clinic? Advise.
