I've suffered from food poisoning in the last week and again this issue is occurring though I'm avoiding junk food.
From last week I've skin issues too, I've seen rashes on my shoulder which are quite painful.

May b Food Poisoning.Takes time to bcome normal,But doubt abt skin c/o,as it might b or not b due to food.As if its so,U would hav got that rash immediately.But need to see to assess.
Try to Take luke warm water minimum 2 glasses in morning imediayely after waking up&add a pinch of Turmeric in that water,as its anti toxic&anti septic.
Warm water in morning with emtpy stomach will help toclean up ur Body internally.
Be on Bland diet for few days.
Try taking Coriande(Semi bioled&Filtered),Juice daily in morning will help as Detoxic.
&also take Honey+Lemon+Pepper powdered Juicr 1-2 times daily.
Evean while u can take Mint leaves juice r Butter milk.vtjh Mint leaves also will help.
