Constant pain in lower abdomen right sid

Its paining like pining my right lower abdomen. Its happening constantly. Plz help what to do??my lower abdomen is inflamated a bit . Lots of gass problem. Now a day having pain while urinating. The pain is at same place right lower abdomen.

This kind of sudden pain can be due to many reasons. Most probably it's either stones or appendicitis. Your appendix may be inflamed and you need to start on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication immediately. If it still doesn't resolve then surgery is required. Drink lots of water and avoid oily and spicy food.
