Constant pain in chest
Hi, i have a constant pain in chest, back and both shoulders for past few days. The pain is mild but is persistent throughout the day. I feel uneasy when i try to sleep at night. My neck also feels stiff since past few days. Other than these, i have no symptoms at all. I regularly check my BP and it is normal (120/80) and pulse is at 100. I have witnessed such pain in the past as well but it lasted 2-3 days but now the pain has been coming more frequently and stays for longer days.
Kindly suggest what you think could be the cause of this pain.
