I fell over getting out of th bath on Saturday evening I bashed my side on the bath, I've been struggling with pain when I move cough sneeze and sleeping, I've been taking shop bought pain killers to no avail, I have swelling on the body strap of my bra and below it as well I have been sleeping sitting up as I can't lay down
