Constant Numbness
I have been feeling that my hands and legs start to go numb recently a lot , i wear very tight clothes and my job is a deskjob highly constraining me to a same position , my hands today morning were totally numb and i was unable to move it totally for 30 to 40 seconds , After that my hand is totally fine I have been gainin weight lately in the last 2 years like 15 kgs due to timings and changing food habits ? Is there any possibility that my body can be having any disease causi this ?

Possibility of sensory nerves involvement causing sensory polyneuropathy is there in your case. Check for hypothyroidism also which can cause impingement on nerves. Get nerve conduction study done. Treatment is possible with simple drugs after ascertaining cause.
