I have been having constant nose blockage in either one of the nostril which is causing me breathing problems , but more importantly it is affecting my speaking ability.

As per your description you might have nasal polyp /mass or moderate to severe deviated nasal septum.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
