I am having headache ,mild fever,stomach pain,loose motion for the last 2 days.Also bad taste in mouth.

Start the following medications 1. Tab. Gutwin 400 1 tab 2 times a day 2. Tab. Buscogast 1 tab 2 times a day 3. Tab. Pantocid 40 mg 1 tab daily empty stomach 4. Cap vizylac 1 cap once daily 5. Tab. P-500 1 tab 2 times a day
