I am Shwetha, Female , 25yrs old, 5.4ft tall, 63kgs heavy.
I am experiencing restless legs from the time i went for an intensive trek in January 2017. its been more than 2 months now. The trek was totally 28kms (up+down) and took about 2 days. After the trek i had severe knee pain, leg pain and back pain. Since then i have developed restless legs. To get relived from pain i consulted a Orthopedic Doctor and he suggested Physiotherapy for a week for my knee and back pain. They have helped a lot. The doctor had also prescribed some pain killers and muscle relaxants. I can sleep peacefully without any RSL symptoms when i take the muscle relaxant pills but without them i have sleepless nights. I still experience knee pain and leg ache. Is this kind of RSL Chronic or just temporary due to my pain? What should I do to be able to be strong again and sleep well. Kindly help.
