Constant itching when exposed to sun

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I’m having skin allergy on 2spots on my forearm and I’ve used candizole cream but it didn’t have any effect on the allergy. I’m having itching and it gets red when exposed to sunlight . Slight discolouration of skin is also there .
