Constant itching and stickiness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have constant itching in my left eye. It is sticky as well and the lower portion of the skin is blood red. The eye gets red on rubbing a bit. The problem aggravates with less sleep. I work for around 12 - 14 hours daily on a computer or mobile.
