I am getting Headache frequently within days and I am not using any Tablets to reduce my headache..When I had eye checkup in VASAN EYE CARE i told about my headache and the doctor said MIGRAINE and then he had given prescription with one tablets and i don't remember the name of the tablet. i am using spectacles even in some times when i keep spectacles i am getting headache. So can you suggest me what to do....i am having an age of 27 years...

Hello....... Migraine headed is pulsating in nature ofren associated with aura ,emotions , smell and taste of food,even lack of sleep triggers attack ...sleep for 7-8hours (uninterrupted deep sleep) , don't Carry all tension b,worriers to bed , avoid having coffee or tea in excess.. Rest for sometime, close your eyes during each episode..try to avoid triggering factor..vasogrin is used in migraine.
