Constant Headaches
Hi I have been experiencing constant headaches everyday now for the past 4 days. In the mornings I wake up with a headache and it comes and goes throughout the day. Then at night when I go to bed and lie down the headache comes back again strongly. I am not one to use a lot of medicines and pain medication so I do not really use a lot of meds.

Morning headaches are sometimes due some brain issues. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. If pain persists then consult a Neuro Specialist.
