Constant headache, stomach pain shiver
My son is down with high fever rangeing between 102 - 104 from last 2 days. Consulted a doc - was giving him crocin ds grilinctus .. still not much relief . In consult gave him meftal p. ..... he has lots of pain not weakness

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
Switch to syp combiflam if not responding to crocin.
