Usually constant headache is not due to refractive error ,it may be sinusitis or something else ,you should consult ophthmologist nearby for eye check up & if there is no ocular problem ,so ask him, in which speciality you should consult .

Hello
Headache could be due to sinusitis refractive error, migraine, stress etc
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
Kindly consult local physician and get proper eye examination done
Regards
conjuntivitis doesn't cause pain .please share your close-up pic of your eyes an give detailed history about status of vision.,BP,IOP and duration etc.
