There isn't sufficient information to come to a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as eye sight examination, monitor your BP, thyroid profile, etc to find the underlying cause of the pain. I would advise you to take a painkiller to control the pain at present. These following steps may also help: - Avoid eating foods with nitrates such as hot dogs, deli meats, bacon, and sausage - Avoid food such as chocolate, cheese, blue, feta, cheddar, Parmesan, Swiss cheese, alcohol especially red wine, foods that contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), a flavor enhancer foods that are very cold such as ice cream or iced drinks processed foods, pickled foods, beans, dried fruits, cultured dairy products such as buttermilk, sour cream, and yogurt - Inhaling lavender essential oil may ease the pain. - Apply a menthol solution to the forehead and temples has shown to give relief. - Having food items such as ginger, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanut butter, oatmeal, eggs and milk - Destress with practices such as yoga, meditation - Sleep properly with a minimum of 8 hours of sleep at night. If the condition persists or worsens visit the nearest ER.
