You should first consult ophthmologist for refraction & if there is no refractive error you should consult neurologist . I don't think, it is due to sinusitis because in sinusitis pain in morning is more common due deposit of secretion in night during sleeping.

It is very difficult to comment without examining you
There could be many causes like sinusitis, migraine,uncorrected refractive error, stress etc.
Kindly consult local opthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
