Constant head pain, shortness of breath

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am 21 years old. For the past 2 days ive had a blocked head with a constant pain in the left side of my head. Ive never felt it before and have taken headache tables and still have it. Also i find it difficulty breathing getting shortness of breath and feel very uncomfortable in my stomach area when i breathe. How can i get rid of the pain in my head and help my breathing? I have no medical conditIons that I am aware of.
