Constant generalized weakness , vertigo
Sir/ Madam, My father's age is 41 He had vertigo feeling immediately after he get up from rest and headache along with visual disturbance from a week he consulted neuro surgeon. He told that is due to fluid imbalance in ear and He prescribed with a PETRIL BETA 10 (1-0-1). VERTIN 16. And he was already using RUSVAS 10 for lipid levels. Now this is third day with these tablets , he is feeling tiredness and body pains severely . What should he do ?

Your father might be suffering from postural hypotension where in there will be sudden decrease in blood pressure on getting up from supine position

He needs to take good amount of fluids and try flexing his legs before getting up

If he is taking any blood pressure medicine it might be the cause. Try consulting your physician to change to different drug if problems persist
