are you a computer user. if so it could be computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and observe some precautions. e.g. frequent blinking,washing your eyes frequently, avoiding facing A.C. or cooler.

A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently
