Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and dryness Please restrict the use of mobile and laptop. But If it's your profession Then Observe some precautions eg frquent washing,20.20.rule and avoiding sitting before Ac. And Put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Mostly sounds like computer vision syndrome. Take frequent breaks in between while using screen. Hydrate yourself, drink sufficient water. Specs number like 0.25 D shd not b the reason for it. Stay away from direct AC air flow that can increase dryness. Use a lubricant like Eyemist atleast 4-6 times a day. Take care. Stay safe.
