Constant eye blinking, weakness

From past 1 year,when i started to sit before system for hours, my left eye started blinking. I also feel weak. Recently i had my blood test done.bp : 70/100. Some times i cant able to see the system/mobile/t.v. when i'm walking i'm not able to find the things around me clesarly because of my left eye blinking continuously some days it is really fine. but some days i really suffer a lot. I fell weak in that time, not able to walk properly. eye blinking is epsecially when i watch tv/system/mobil
