Constant diarrhoea
My 2.5month old baby(more on formula feed than bf) is having watery greenish,sticky loose motions since 10days.stool report showed 15-20 pus cells which increased to 30-35 but now reduced to 2-3 after antibiotics and stopping formula milk for these days.but red cells were absent which now show 35-40 even if my baby doesn't pass blood in stool. Also fat is present which was absent earlier.Reaction is acidic instead of alkaline and occult blood as well as mucus are positive.what can it be?pl help.

Occult blood in stool means bleeding somewhere in the GI tract,cow milk is one of the commonest cause,stop it if given.
If not,needs more evaluation,plz consult your paediatrician asap.
