Constant cough, yellow nasal discharge.
My 3.4yr old son has cold and cough for the past 4days. Cough is not subsiding worsens at night. Giving macbery syrup 2.5ml. The nasal discharge is yellow in colour. But no recovery. Pls suggest.

Yellow nasal discharge  may be a sign of bacterial infection,you should start antibiotic if he is having fever as well.can give syrup amoxyclav according to weight,better consult the pediatrician.
